We highly recommend that you watch the video presentation on the page, which contains 15+ different training moves. If you can learn most of them and stick to them, the perfect body will be yours for sure. We have also pasted common programs on the training board to remind you to train.
Separate Switches
There is a connector set up between the two elbow movement spacer units. You can close the connector, and your arms can perform simultaneous forward and backward movement. After opening the connector, you can set different frequencies for your arm movements. It can help you accomplish more training movements and exercise different body parts.
Resistance Bands Installation
The training kit includes resistance bands and a mounting tool. You will use a screwdriver to secure the bands and the cubes, and later install the cubes into the slots of the training board. Get started with your Resistance Bands training!
Rotatable Hand Grips
The hand grips can rotate, which can help you perform Bridge Hamstring Curls, Knee Tucks, and other training movements, helping you get a full workout for all parts of your body.
Elbows Moving at Different Frequencies
The hand spacers can make the arms move back and forth at different frequencies and perform different types of Plank Crunch, Mountain Climber, and other movements, enriching the variety of your training.
Anti-Slip
The Pilates board has 24 anti-slip pads on the back, so you can work out in a variety of scenarios, providing greater friction and ensuring the board stays stable. You can train for a long time with the Mountain Climber and other movements, but the training board will not move.
