HOW TO INSTALL AND RELEASE
P the cleat and cleat joints on the sole and temporarily tighten them with the cleat screw.
The cleats is compatible with the left and right feet.
The adjustment range before and after is 20mm, and the left and right is 5mm.
After the cleat is temporarily fixed, it is necessary to repeatedly engage and release the cleat to determine the final proper position.
After determining the best position, tighten the screws using the included 4mm inner hexagon spanner.
Press the cleat into the pedal with the rear heel.
These cleats are released only when the heel moves outward.
This is where they differ from SH56 cleats.
Make sure release the cleat in advance when you stop, Otherwise it will cause you to kiss the ground(don't be like me haha).
