Method of setting voltage and current: Set the output voltage: According to the float voltage value of the battery you want to charge, or the voltage value of the LED after series or parallel connection, adjust the constant voltage potentiometer (CV) to set the output voltage to the required voltage. (Performed when no load)
Set the constant current value: first adjust the CC potentiometer counterclockwise about 20 turns, connect the load with an ammeter, and adjust the CC potentiometer to the current value you need to set. The constant current value cannot be adjusted by means of a direct short circuit.

Note: When setting the constant current, the voltage must be higher than 1.2V, otherwise the constant current function will be invalid.
