I think that for every electronic Gagdet bought from Jumia, there has to be someone to thoroughly check. This is because the product was almost a half screen faulty and difficult to operate. Had the same issue with a small Nokia phone I bought also. It went off just when the battery was low and was going to charge it. IT NEVER came ON AGAIN. This is not very good, Jumia. And the returned policy too takes forever. Again, bought a USB mouse that was not working but it took forever for it to be picked up after I had filled the returned policy thing. I had to finally discard it Please I still buy things from you but this thing is not good and must be worked on
