I don't like the product

I have send a mail requesting that I want to return this product since it did not meet my requirement and purpose for ordering it. I have still not received any feed back after I was told your agent will get back to me in 2 working days. Its almost 4 days now and your return policy states that item should be return within 7 days. Kindly tell me the way forward. I really need a to return this product.
