I honestly really love the product. I was skeptical about buying it at first because of the comments but its good. You just need to know how to operate it Some tips: -Let the charging box with the buds in finish charging completely (blinking lights stay constant) -Use one earbud at a time if you don’t need to use two. That way you get more usage time. - To charge the buds without charging the box, but one earbud in at a time to activate the charging. a light will turn on if it’s charging These have helped me get maximum use out of them and I love them.
