Wrong item again

I wanted a 2metre long cable and the item description indicates it as such but I got 1metre cables. What's worse is that I ordered for 3 and Again, it didn't come to my house /office. I had to drive again to pick it up even though I have paid for delivery. I WON'T RETURN THE ITEM but this isn't good!
