I found out I have been duped, I mean product was delivered on the 14 of Sept and by 20th Sept it was not working again. The technician I gave it to to check discovered that this is actually not a new product but a second hand the was sold to me as new. Please contact seller and get him off your platform. I am seriously annoyed that I wasted money....

Kettle base is warped and not working
