Fast WR-60 Water Repeller Water Based 5L - Clear

FAST WR-60 WATER REPELLER is a water-based water repeller for all types of unpainted masonry surfaces. It has superior penetrating ability and has extremely high alkaline resistance and is UV resistant. It prevents dirt penetration, efflorescence, defacing of paint surfaces. or interior and exterior use on all porous surfaces such as all types of concrete, fibre cement, face bricks, natural and artificial stone, terrazzo, canvas, new plaster, fibre cement and natural tiles.

Surface Preparation 

•   Remove flaking paint to bare substrate
• . Surface should be sufficiently dry to allow FAST WR-60 to penetrate the substrate up to 20mm.
•  No visible wet spots should be evident. 

Application Details

•  Method : Tube or spray (flooding process) 
• Thinning : N/A
•  Cleaning : Water
•  Drying time ;  4 Hours 
• Recoating time : Apply 2 coats wet-to-wet 
• Use the flooding process. 
• Syphon product through a 5mm plastic tube and soak wall from top to bottom. 
• FAST WR-60 can also be sprayed under low pressure, causing the product to flow and flood the surface.
•  Apply 2 coats wet-to-wet (when 1st coat has sufficiently penetrated and the surface is starting to lighten or dry, immediately apply 2nd coat).
•  Apply paint 24 hours after treatment

Use the Following Method Where Rising Damp Within Walls is Evident :
 For double brick walls, outside walls of house, or boundary walls

•  Drill holes (using a 16mm drill bit) ± 200mm apart at a downward angle of 45˚. Drill to a depth of 100mm.
• Drill holes as close as possible to ground or floor level. 

Safety Precautions 

•  Keep out of reach of children.  
• Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
•  In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water or a recognized skin cleanser.
•  Avoid contact with eyes – In case of contact, rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. 
•  Harmful if swallowed. Do not induce vomiting. Drink plenty of water. Seek medical attention.
