things to know before buying:

B. Please use the hardware test software"CPU-Z"to u detect, you can judge by the"Voltage" of "SPD" ,if the voltage is 1.35V, then you should choose DDR3L, if yur voltage is 1.5V, then you should Purchase DDR3
C. You can search for your CPU,if your CPU is a low-voltage CPU(usually a CPU with a U letter suffix, such as i5-4200U), then you should buy DDR3L,
4.if your own RAM is 2GB DDR3 1333 and you want to buy a 8GB RAM,please confirm whether your laptop supports it. You can search for your computer model on Google, or search to confirm the maximum amount of RAM the computer supports Method, or ask customer service.
How To Check Maximum RAM ?(Easiest Way)
A. search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator. This will open the command prompt.
B. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacity and hit enter. There, it will show the maximum RAM your notebook's motherboard can support.
The is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it ot Gigabytes by dividing the number provided report by 1,048,576.
5. PC3-10600S represents the bandwidth of this RAM instead of its frequency

You can choose RAM according to the label on your RAM, but please do not confuse the two concepts of bandwidth and frequency.
For example: You bought DDR3 1333MHz, and the RAM label you received says "PC3-10600S", and then you ask me, "Why are you sending me 10600 instead of 1333? Now you should know that what I sent you is DDR3 1333MHz.
6. DDR stands for Double Data Rate. the data rate, or speed of the RAM is twice the actual clock speed,So when you see 400 MHz(clock speed) in CPU-Z, but data is transferring it were running at 800 MHz, Therefore,

7. if ram refused to boot, can try Clean the RAM and RAM slots
A. Clean the contacts with an eraser
Lay the RAM module down on a flat clean surface. Use the pencil eraser in short strokes all along all of the contacts back and forth until the eraser end is clean.After you have given the contacts a good clean with the eraser, take a cloth and keep wiping the contacts until it feels smooth or once you are convinced that there are no traces of eraser filings left.
B. Clean the RAM slots
Clean the RAM slots Do not use anything else but some compressed air to clean out the RAM slots. Keep blowing them out until there is no debris of any kind left inside them. Use a good source, and make sure they are perfectly clean.
8. What's the maximum memory size for 32 bit and 64 ?
Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under ® 32-bit OS. On 8 32-Bit OS you can only use 3.5GB for example. For ® 64-bit OS with 64-bit CPU, there is no such limitation.
