Why is there a slight difference between the blood glucose meter and the hospital      biochemical value?

1) The blood glucose meter is different from the blood sample of biochemical test in the hospital;

2) Blood glucose changes due to the influence of self emotion, diet, exercise, medicine and other factors;

3) The accuracy measurement standard of household blood glucose meter is to control the error value within ± 15%.

Why are the blood glucose values measured continuously for many times different?

People's blood glucose fluctuates at any time just like the beating of the heart, so the general continuous test results will be different. Please verify whether the following factors exist:

1) The test paper is not full of blood samples at one time;

2) Disinfect with Iodophor, or collect blood before alcohol evaporates;

3) Insufficient blood volume, over squeezing the blood collection site;

4) The test str is expired, damp, etc.

What should I do if there is a special code during the blood glucose meter test?

if E-3 appears on the instrument screen:

1) Please check whether the test paper is expired or damp;

2) Please check whether the test str is reused;

3) Please check whether the time from taking the test str out of the bottle to adding the blood sample has exceeded 3 minutes.

if E-2 appears on the instrument screen:

Indicates that the test ambient temperature is too high or too low.

Please balance the instrument and test str in the required test environment for 30 minutes before testing
