1.The operator inserts the nozzle washer into a foreign-threaded nozzle holder and turns it into the nozzle by turning it by hand until it is firmly seated on the washer.
2. When all associated equipment is properly assembled and tested, the operator directs the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start blasting.
3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inch from the surface and moves it evenly at a speed that produces the desired purity.Each pass should overlap slightly.
4.The operator must replace the nozzle as soon as the opening is 1/16 inch beyond the original size.
