Especially attention: this controller only suitable to the overturn type single shaft platform which driven by DC brush motor, must generate d change then can correctly test the angle during tracing process. Motor voltage 10-28V, current less than 15A.

This controller has the below main performance characteristics:

1.    Sunshine detect head internal configure gyroscope and able to realize double modes tracing, accurately light test control in fine day, at the same time, process one time angle memory per internal 10 minutes, automatically call out the recent one day memory angle to process gesture tracing in cloudy day.
2.    The liquid crystal status indicate, indicate various parameters and working status to users through rich data.
3.    Able to optionally configure infrared e controller, able to process manual operation and parameters setting through infrared e controller except the keys on the controller.
4.    Clock electric circuit internal configure super electric capacity, it has power off save function, able to judge the time of equment and process the corresponding control.
5.    Big current electric relay able to process positive and negative rotation and stop for motor, the max drive current 15A, advise to use the electric push rod with self spacing when user selecting the motor.
6.    Anti reversely connect protection function, able to not damage the controller under the situation that reversely connect power supply.
7.    The electric circuit has motor current test function, able to real time monitor motor current and protect it.
8.    Able to optionally air speed sensor, able to execute the control platform to appointed angle wind shield protection platform when meeting high wind.
9.    ** Able to optionally configure 485 communication and host computer control function, able to parallel link multly equment (100 sets) on one group 485 communication wire, operate and control through host computer software on the computer, improve working efficiency. Because more complex host computer and drive installation, not convenient to international trading customers e guide, this function has been shielded when delivery, but completely not affect that normal single machine use. If really need this function then need special instruction and order it.**

1.   Test head:


The test head makes the high accurate photosensitive elements in applicable light spectrum range as sun sensitive components, isted by semi sphere transparent shell, internal configured fan shape crack type irising embly, internal configured gyroscope , able to test both side sun radiation strength and incline angle at the same time, transmit the signal to main control panel through the cable at about 3m length.

The fix method of test head is that directly fix on the platform by M6 bolts and action along with platform, should be solid when installing, at the same time, the east direction on the test head should corresponding to east direction of geographical, and same to overturn direction of device.

Controller body formed by the control plate which specially designed and manufactured, installed in one waterproof plastic shell, bottom has 6 pieces wire outlet hole and used in wiring, terminal has clear marks which used to connect the circuit, liquid crystal screen is human computer interval interface, used to display and observe the parameters. Controller working voltage is 10-28V, user use it based on their own motor voltage, the max drive motor current not bigger than 15A (default 10A fuse). The suitable motor should be DC brush motor. If motor current need been driven bigger than 15A, then can’t use this controller directly drive it, should add intermediate electric relay then can normally working, otherwise, it will damage the drive unit of this controller.

Installation hole diameter of controller 4mm: left and right distance 174mm, up and down distance: 60mm, attention that wire outlet hole downward when installing.

3. Air speed sensor (Optional):




Air speed sensor is voltage type, air speed and signal voltage to be proportion (the behind attached the signal voltage and environment air speed corresponding table), air speed sensor need user self connect the wire into controller, attention that black wire connect G, black wire with white stres connect IN.

4. Infrared er (optional part)

5. Limit Switch (Optional)

This controller also able to connect in three wire type NPN type approach switch, able to connect the supply power+terminal into +terminal of limit terminal when use this type switch as limit then okay, the others same to method B. (for example, when the company purchases the proximity switch, the wiring definition is: Brown +, blue G, black limit signal.) Note that the top is the sensing area. When there is metal within 5mm, the limit signal will be output.
