Electrical performance:

● Standard test conditions: temperature 20 ℃, humidity 70%,can also be tested under normal temperature and humidity. ● Current sensitivity: the pointer is in the zero scale to the maximum scale (full scale position) sensitivity 960uA ± 8%. ● Internal impedance: 650 Ω ± 10%. ● Insulation resistance: 500V DC plus 50M or more is used for the outer box of the meter and the electrical circuit. The insulation resistance of the meter shell and the electrical circuit is tested by 500V DC voltage. ● Zero position: The standard position of the meter is used. The place where the front of the pointer and the center of the zero scale are unified is the reference. The tolerance of the overlap between the pointer and the zero scale is ± 1mm. ● Bace: The allowable error range of the meter when the standard position is tilted 90 degrees forward and backward is ± 1mm. ● The pointer sticks: When the full-scale current triples the overcurrent in an instant and slowly reduces to the current sensitivity reading of 1/2, the pointer will return to the scale of 1/3. ● Friction: When the electric meter is added with current and slowly increased or decreased to a certain value, the error range of the indicated point is ± 1mm. ● Braking: instantly add 2/3 of the current value of the scale plate, within one second from the start to the position indicated by the pointer.

Special Test:

● Overload test: input ten times of full-scale current every five seconds, this action is repeated nine times. Each time is 0.5 seconds, and the test remains normal. ● Vibration test: After packaging, the meter will vibrate 1,000 times up and down 4mm per minute on the vibration plate for 10 minutes in each direction. After this test, 7-14 it remain normal. ● Impact test: After the packaging of the electric meter, it is dropped from a height of 30 cm on a 3cm thick wooden board. The X.Y.Z. three-direction test is normal. ● Reliability test "After 100,000 times of correction point current input, the current sensitivity limit is still within the standard ● Environmental impact test: temperature 50 ℃, humidity 85%, lasts 100 hours, after this test 7-14 it remain normal. ● Terminal pull test: The terminal must withstand 1 kg of pull for 60 seconds without being affected.
