1)Please check whether the Android unit supports AHD1080P camera! If AHD1080P cannot be selected, AHD1080P cameras are not supported! Go to Car settings >> Factory settings >> Reverse (picture) settings >> Select AHD1080P

* Please test the front camera before routing video cable from back to front. * If your head unit doesn't have reversing trigger wire, then no need to use the trigger wires on the video cable. * Some cheap Android head units may also have the setting for AHD 1080P video signal , but they can't display any AHD image, because they don't support AHD at all. If so, then you can only apply CVBS video signal,so chooose "CVBS-140" or "GAC-170" Options, hope you understand. * If you connect HaiSunny Front camera to a FACTORY RADIO, please order a suited Harne & Programmer separately, because different RADIO needs different Harne & Programmer. * There is a pink color wire on your head unit usually, please connect it with the 6M video cable's triggering wire * If the image on the screen is blurry, flickering or has horizontal/vertical strs, please check all your power and video connections. Try to use a different ground point(iron part) and wrap power and video plugs with electrical tape to insulate from interference. If still the same problem, please order a 12V DC power adapter filter rectifier to soe it, especially needed for Ford VW AUDI BMW Mercedes Benz vehicles. * Before you routing, if there is no image on the screen, other than check the camera, please check display setting as well. You can use other device with RCA connector, such as TV to check if the camera works.

How to choose a Front view camera that can be suitable for my car model?

A) According to the main car model, search in the shop, there will be several type of cameras, and then buy according to your actual license plate/ handle. B) Or you can measure your size and consult customer service to confirm the camera model. T: because there may be slight differences between cars produced in different countries, please check the size before buying.

After connecting the front view camera, the screen shows no signal, black screen and no picture, what should I do?

A) Please check your connection, red trigger line should connect to your brake light DC 12V+ and monitor video cable in . B) Please check your signal format, choose right signal to run the camera. C) If your monitor has AUX-IN function, you can connect to the AUX-IN. T: CVBS cameras can test the performance on the TV. Universal cameras with 4Pin plugs can only be installed with our cables. You can consult customer service if you encounter any probl during the installation proce.

After connecting the Front view camera, the screen shows black and white, what should I do if there is no color?

A) Choose wrong camera system(such as PAL/NTSC) will cause the screen to be black and white. Please select the right system to run the camera and restart the camera power. CVBS camera is NTSC system, AHD1080P camera is PAL system. B) Please check whether the 6M line is normal, please replace with another 6M cable to test the camera.

What functions do the white cable of the Front view camera control?

A) White cable: video signal control • "GAC-170" Camera: ( AHD )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° ) Cut the green cable(reconnect the camera power)→( CVBS )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° ) • "GAHD" camera: ( AHD720P )+( 1280x720 )+( 175° ) Cut the green cable(reconnect the camera power)→( AHD)+( 1920x1080)+( 175° )

What functions the Front camera white cable of the option"Camera For 360 Panoramic System" AHD 1080P And  720P exchange Switch each other ,make the ahd siginal ( AHD )+( 1280x720 )+( 170° ),Cut the white cable(reconnect the camera power)→( AHD )+( 1920x1080 )+( 170° ),if choose " 360 Panoramic System Camera" please contract with store service before to buy.

When working ,The" GAHD" AHD 1080P Option camera have black small shadow in the corner on screen shows or image has small corner black, why?

A) its view angle has up to 175 degree or more,the imge will show as like fisheye ,due to the large viewing angle, if there are objects around the camera lens, such as (camera bracket, car acceories), it will also form an image on the screen, It very near close to camera lens so the corner may appear in the corner have small black iamge.
