Taidou Microelectronics has integrated a new generation of BDSB1/GPS L1/GLONASSL1 frequency SOC baseband+RF integrated chip TD1030, which provides a high-sensitivity, low-power, and low-cost positioning solution for the manufacture of navigation terminal products such as vehicle and shipboard etc. The HT1612TDM3L module is 16mmx12.2mmx2.2mm, and the size of the module is 16mmx12.2mmx2.2mm. HT1612TDM3L module size is 16mmx12.2mmx2.2mm, which meets the demand for module volume reduction in the design of positioning terminal products. The HT1612TDM3L adopts a 24-pin stamp hole package, which meets the demand for fast mounting of the module during the production of positioning terminals.The HT1612TDM3L integrates an antenna detecting circuit and power management function, and has a built-in LNA+SAW.
