1. Each heater can provide heating for 700 to 900 chicks, with a heating area of 10 to 15 square meters per chick.


2. Each heater can only be used for one type of working gas.


3. Available gas: natural gas, liquefied gas, propane, biogas.


4. Gas pressure requirements: The pressure requirements for natural gas, liquefied gas, and propane range from 3500 Pa to 5000 Pa; The pressure of biogas needs to be at least 8000 Pa or above.


5. Gas consumption: Natural gas: 0.24 cubic meters per hour, liquefied gas: 0.18 kilograms per hour, biogas: 0.7-0.8 cubic meters per hour.


6. Maximum power and calorific value of each heater: 2.46 kilowatts per hour, 2116 kcal per hour.1. When installing the brooder, please keep the air inlet tilted downwards

2. It is normal to have a blue flame at the beginning, but it will disappear after a few minutes

3. If the blue flame remains on the ceramic surface, please check if the air pressure is too low; If so, please adjust the pressure reducing valve or booster pump

If the red flame is relatively large, the reason may be:

a. The air pressure is too high; Please adjust the pressure reducing valve to the required pressure

b. Hypoxia; Please maintain indoor air circulation when using this product

c. Ceramic plate rupture; Please replace the ceramic plate

d. Differences in gas purity; The gas purity varies in each country and may cause larger flames. Please match a suitable nozzle

If the combustion surface is uneven, please check if there are feathers on the filter screen

6. This product is flameless and during normal operation, only the red combustion surface will be visible without flames
