Steps for usage：

1.Unpack

Take this product out of the package and hold it horizontally, you can see the resistance adjustment discs with exhalation and inhalation marks on both sides.

2.Resistance adjustment

Expiratory resistance adjustment dial: 1-5

Inspiratory resistance adjustment dial: 1-6

The larger the gear number, the higher the resistance, it is recommended to start from the first gear for the first use

3.Prepare for training

Choose a sitting position, rest your back on a chair, relax your shoulders, hold the breathing trainer horizontally, and include the mouthpiece, you can use a nose clif neceary

Note: Lips wrapped tightly mouth to avoid air leakage

4.Inspiratory training

Put your lips tightly around your mouth, inhale vigorously and quickly for 2-3 seconds, pause and exhale, repeat 10 times. Can exercise diaphragm, external intercostal muscles, neck auxiliary muscles

5.Breath training

Naturally exhale slowly with your mouth until you exhale, relax the chest and shoulder muscles, you can take a short rest and inhale again, repeat 10 times. Can exercise internal intercostal muscles, abdominal muscles

6.clean

This product can be cleaned with household detergent and rinsed with clean water to dry naturally
