(1).Application: to increase the distance between the lens and image r. (2).The CS-C adapter ring is an adapter which is used to increase the distance between the lens and the image r. In addition to the focal length, there is a perfect distance between the lens and the image r. The C-mount distance from the datum to the focus is 17.562mm, but the CS-mount distance from the datum to the focus is 12.5mm. The distance gap between CS mount and C-mount is about 5mm. If you need to install CS mount lens to C-mount camera, and you want to see a great and perfect image, then you need a CS-C adapter ring

C to 1.25 inch
