OBD2 Car HUD support OBD II Car ,For Europe and North America,it only can be used for Vehicle/Car with OBD2 manufactured after 2003.For Asia, it only can be used for Cars with OBD2 manufactured after 2007. Do not Support OBD I and JOBD  (Japanese OBD) Car.

1.No Screen Display,No Electricity.

Reason:Start the car engine;check if the OBD line connection is tight;pls try more times;check if HUD switches on. If no display still,suggest change another car to test, analysis of whether the car OBD diagnostic interface is good, if it is bad,repair it,connecting the HUD again, can be normal used.

 

2.With electricity, but the screen only shows the car voltage, automatic put out after 30 seconds.

Reason : HUD only suitable for the car with OBDII and EUOBD interface

Auto production year (U.S.- 03 years later;others-7 years later, usually with OBDII and EOBD interface)

OBD I and J-OBD Car not be supported

 

3.Read not clearly under sunlight , has double image.

Solution:Check whether the protect film has been torn or not on HUD,and then stick the reflection film on the front windshield which in gift box.

Vertically long press wave button for 5 seconds enter into Menu, short press 8 times until menu display shows 8, downside 2 times to second parameter setting,then vertically press for 5 seconds to save it.

 

4.Wrong operation lead to crashes

Solution:Restore factory settings,(check detail on user manual)

Switch on HUD,vertically long press the wave button for 5 seconds enter into Menu, short press vertically 16 times to menu 16, down the wave button adjust it to parameter 1, vertically long press the wave button to save,then HUD recovery successfully.

 

5.Inaccurate speed

Solution:Switch on HUD,vertically long press the wave button for 5 seconds enter into Menu, menu shows 0, the default value is 107, and up or down the wave button to increase or decrease the value, until HUD shows the same with dashboard datas,vertically long press the wave button for 5s to save and exist.

 

6.Inaccurate engine speed

Solution:Switch on HUD,vertically long press wave button for 5 seconds enter into the menu,short press several time till menu shows 1, parameters values show 117, up or down to increase and decrease speed values until it becomes the same as dashboard datas. After adjustment, vertically press wave button for 5 seconds to save.

 

7.Inaccurate fuel consumption

Solution:Make a fuel consumption setting according to your car .

1.Switch on HUD,long press vertically the wave button for 5 seconds,enter into the menu.short press vertically to menu until menu shows 14,default value shows 16,it means fuel consumption of your car is 1.6L,according to your car emissions,up or down the wave button to increase or decrease the value,long press the wave button vertically for 5s to save and exist.

2.If it is not accurate, vertically long press wave button for 5s enter into the menu, short press 2 times,then menu shows 2,parameter value shows 100.After adjustment, vertically press 5 seconds to save.

 

8.Why HUD do not display fuel consumption ?

1.HUD for the default read sensor fuel consumption, if your car is not displayed fuel consumption automatically ,then calculate the oil consumption by air flow.

2.Air flow can be used to calculate fuel consumption,vertically short press 5s enter into enter the menu,vertically short press for 14 times, menu (red 888) shows 14,parameter value (white 888) shows 20,up or down wave buttons adjusted for many times to 0, after adjustment, press 5 seconds to save.If you still no display,calculated by the throttle.

3.Throttle can be used to calculate fuel consumption, vertically short press 5s enter into the menu, the vertical short press 14 times, menu (888) red display 14 parameter value (white 888) 20, up or down wave buttons ,many times later to parameter 0.after adjustment, press 5 seconds to save.

4.If you still don't show please check item 9, the wheel vertical long key press 5 seconds to enter Settings, the vertical short round dial 9 times, menu 888 (red) shows that 9 parameter values (white, 888) is set to show 2 wheel vertical long key press 5 seconds to save out, 2 to show the oil consumption, 0 to disable display.

 

9.Over Speed Alarm

Solution:Default over speed is 120,if you wanna adjust bigger or smaller

Switch on HUD,long press vertically the wave button for 5 seconds to Menu, short press vertically to menu 6,default Parameter Value is 120,this mean HUD will alarm when your speed up to 120,then you could up or down the wave button to increase or decrease the value, After finish adjustment,exist by long press vertically wave button for 5 seconds.
